Return Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!

All returns must be mailed back within 14 days of the original ship date (this can be found on the shipping label of your package). All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. Clothing must be returned with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any items that are returned and are not in compliance with our return policy will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Please note that this is our online exchange policy and in-store purchases have a completely separate policy.
